We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS for deliveries. You will be provided with tracking information and an estimated delivery date when your order has shipped . We pride ourselves on prompt shipping at best available rates. (Make a notation in customer notes at checkout if you would like to know the amount of shipping charges prior to shipping.)
EASY RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
A request for a return authorization must be made within 7 days of receipt. Log into your account and request a return merchandise authorization by going to your order and clicking on the button under shipping address (Add New RMA) Complete and submit. You will receive an email with instructions for completing the return. Items returned must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached. Shipping fees are not refundable unless there is an error on our part. Please insure your item or obtain tracking information.
If requesting a refund, your card will be promptly credited upon receipt of merchandise. Due to bank transaction time, please allow up to two weeks for your credit to appear in your account.
